Fraud---again

On March 10 I received an e-mail receipt from the Apple App Store saying i had purchased a game . I did not do this!! My account has not been charged. However, this is the second time I have been bothered by fraudulent charge purchases and statements. Where do I forward this statement?? What is your address or phone number for fraud?
