Blocked my iPhone

Hello, my name is Ivan. I live in Ukraine. I was deceived and the thieves blocked my iPhone 7. I sold it and they asked me to enter their Apple ID, I entered it and after some time the phone was blocked and wrote that this phone was lost.

I have proof that this is my phone: there is a check from the store that I bought this phone.

What can I do to resume the phone?
