IOS 12.1.4 CALLS PROBLEM
All call number is unknown how to fix this problem?i have this problem after update ios 12.1.4. I have iphone 7.I try and with unlock sim and the problem there is again. How to fix it?

i try but the problem appear again. I unlock and my sim and again i have problem.How to fix? Maybe is bug ios 12.1.4?????
Please, contact your provider. SIM lock is a function of cellular service, not Apple or iOS.
