Spend 20 yen

I once lived in Japan so i have a japanese itunes store. well but now i returned to Kazakhstan and i wanted to change my itunes store account to Kazakhstan.

It says that i first need to spend my last 20 Yen ( nearly nothing) before i can change my country. Is there any way to spend the 20 Yen or to remove the 20 Yen from my account without buying anything (there is nothing for exactly 20 Yen)
