compatible monitors for mac mini 2018

I'm thinking about getting a new Mac Mini, and I want a monitor that has a built in camera, speakers and microphone (so I can use FaceTime). Any recommendations? I can't tell if the HP EliteDisplay E240c 23.8" Video Conferencing Monitor (M1P00A8#ABA) or the ViewSonic VG2437SMC 24 Inch 1080P Ergonomic Monitor with DisplayPort DVI VGA and Webcam for Home and Office are compatible with the mini (they are extremely reasonably priced). Thanks!
