Apple Pay and/or Coffee site charged a stranger for my coffee - how do I fix it?

Yesterday I bought a 5 pound bag of Heart Roasters' delicious Stereo Blend coffee beans for $85 dollars from their website using Apple Pay. On their "Thank You" page, the shipping address was mine, but the billing address was a person I did not know. I contacted the company and they provided the only thing they could - the last 4 digits of the card charged. They were not my last 4 digits.

I don't want this mystery person charged for my coffee. How should I proceed?
