iTunes will not let me drag my ringtone into Tones

iTunes will not let me drag my ringtone into Tones. They were on my iphone 6 and in previous versions of itunes. I just upgraded to an 8 4 days ago. AT&T restored all my data from icloud to my new 8. The 2 custom ringtones appear in the ringtones list in settings. But if you select themthey play the default iPhone Ringtone

Is there a fix???
