I've agreed to the terms and conditions in the BofA Settings profile and reinstalled the BofA app on my phone. I have also reinstalled the app several times on my Apple watch and it just doesn't work. It starts and flashes Bank of America across the top of the watch face then spins the loading dots for a few seconds and then just exits. Any help would b appreciated.

It hasn't worked on my Apple Watch either. This has to be a Bank of America issue however. I rebooted both my phone and Apple Watch, and it just doesn't work.
You are correct. The BofA App works fine on my iPhone but acts as described by "noegowego" on my watch. I mostly use my iPhone when accessing that App so I did not notice the problem.
No other app has done this.
It's not an issue with Apple. It's an issue with BofA Apple Watch App. Apple has not control over 3rd party apps. If your other apps are working, it validates that the issue is with BofA.

I have tested a number of other Apps on my watch and BofA is the only one with that issue, We need to contact BofA on this one.

I got the update yesterday from BofA, and it didn't make the app on Apple Watch work. BofA needs to fix their app.
The last BofA update I received was yesterday. They must be rolling it out by regions of the country. I just checked and it's not showing up. Thanks for the heads up.
I did the BofA update yesterday as well. Still just spins and exits on the watch 4. All we can do is wait. Once enough customer squeak they’ll fix it. In the meantime, it’s the other guy’s problem.
Fortunately the BofA iPone App still works.
I installed it and it's not as smooth as it could be.....but better than no fix.
