Downloaded Netflix don’t ScreenMirror to Apple TV

It is very frustrating not to be able to view your downloaded Netflix movies on an IOS device with airplsy/screen mirror on my Apple TV. We livevin the African countryside where the internet is slow and expensive especially in the evenings during prime time. We all have to download movies night time between 12am and 05:00 when the internet is faster and cheaper. These downloaded movies we obviously want to watch the next evening during normal hours as s family on the bug screen but it will not AirPlay on Apple TV. It is extremely annoying. Extremely. Is there nothing that can be done to help people like us? Many of us experience the same frustration. Wonderful content on Netflix, a wonderful piecemof technology called an IPhone and Apple TV, but our poor rural blocks cannot be fully part of the enjoyment it brings. Please see if you can work out something for us ...

I know but I am just hoping someone with Netflix influence reading it on the users forum may do something about it. I am sure they can because if you download Netflix movies onto your PC or Laptop, you can connect the PC to your big screen TV and watch it later with your family. Doing the same thing with one’s IOS device via Apple TV would just be simpler.
