I wear my Apple Watch to bed. During the night, it must have started an exercise and continued for 407 minutes until I woke up. I now have a new exercise record AWARD of 407 minutes that I want deleted.
Can someone please help. I removed all exercise data through the activity app & Heath app ... but the “New Exercise Record” AWARD is still there. What do I need to do to delete it. Thank you

That only removes the event and not the award
I looks as tho once an achievement has been given an award there is no way to remove that reward only the event.
I know how to clear all activity and all awards (complete wipe of all activity and health) but I've not seen a way to remove only the one award.
Go to health. Tap exercise minutes then delete the time you don’t won’t.
Thanks, but it’s definitely not something I want to do. I want to keep all data with exception to the incorrect award I mentioned in my inquiry. That is the only thing I need removed.
Yes it removes the event correct. As the op didn’t won’t to delete all the activity just the overnight one. As for removing awards jury’s out. Try and see if it does.
