IOS spotlight bug - not finding Apple apps

Just wondering if anyone else has this strange bug.

No apple native app shows up in spotlight search. Every 3rd party app shows up if I search for it.

For example, if I type "Camera" in the search box, all the 3rd party camera apps show up, but not the native one.

Find my Friends, Calendar, Files, Watch, Settings, nothing. But only Apple apps. Every other app shows up.

Spotlight does show results from within the apple apps, for example, a search will show files from the Files app, but not the app itself.

Tried restarting and checked the Siri & Search Settings. Nothing there.

Running 12.2 now, updated yesterday. But it's been like this for the last couple of months. Don't recall when it started.
