Why my iPhone charging too fast?

I noticed that my iPhone is battery charging too fast. It takes 65% to 80% just 15 mins and drain battery too fast as well.

When I charge to 80% It stuck (about 30 mins.) then I try to restart my iPhone to goes up to 90% Immediately after restart.

I have changed the new iPhone from the Apple service center. But the new one is the same symptom.

• I only use Apple charger and USB cable no third-party.
• I connect only my laptop.
• iPhone XS 256GB / iOS 12.2
• I already restore iPhone but issue still happen.

Please help me find a solution.
