Reactivate the cancelled order
I accidentally cancel my order =(( How can I reactivate it??
On the US Apple Store, there is a chat option located by the hotline. Do you see that?
In Shopping Help/Viewing and Changing orders, was your order there?

If you scroll to the bottom of the page and under Apple Store, click on Shopping Help/Viewing and Changing orders, do you see the order there? At the bottom of the page is contact information.
Yeaa both my order and the canceled one are there. I order an Airpod and an Apple watch, then cancel the watch by chance... So the order of airpod that is on progress and the canceled watch are in Shopping Help/Viewing and Changing orders.
btw I cannot find chat option for my problem, only hotline is available..
Where were you ordering from? Apple on line store? The App Store?
I ordered on Apple Singapore homepage bud. I sent an email to them but haven't got a reply yett
They just provide the hotline. But I don't live in Sing. I have no ideas on how to contact them
There may not be a chat option for that store.
Do you know the Apple 's email address for supporting customer?
