I know this has been asked ...and answered before.
However i have tried this and it works for one track at a time....
Reset Tracks Start-Stop from Doug's AppleScripts for iTunes
I have over 8000 songs in my library and have tried to "select all" and run the programe but to no avail.
Does anyone know of a way to do them in one foul swoop as they say?

That script is written for Apple Mac. It shouldn't run on your Windows computer at all. See ResetStartEndTimes for a similar script that runs on Windows. In both cases the scripts can process all currently selected tracks or the current playlist.
