My WiFi and Bluetooth don’t turn on
i have restarted my phone and done other thing but i can’t turn on my WiFi and Bluetooth. Please help!!

Are the buttons greyed out or are they normal but when trying to turn on it will not stay on.
If it's the latter you could try a Forced Restart.

For the first see if "Reset Network Settings" resolves, go to Settings>General>Reset, you will not loose any data or content but will need wifi passwords again so you can reconnect to your wireless system.
If neither work then I would book a Genius appointment because you may well have a hardware issue. You could try Restoring as New if you have a computer (or if not "Erase All Content and Settings") but be aware all data will be lost.
