Imovie

I recently updated my Macbook air to macOS Mojave 10.14.4 and tried to update Imovie in App store, however when I tried to do so, i got this message "Before you can update the application, you must accept it on the Account page in the App Store". What does that mean?

It means that you need to go to the account page in the app store and click on the Update button below the iMovie icon.
