Cannot send photos to FACEBOOK.
How do I send photos from IPHOTOS to Facebook? When I click on Share - Facebook isn't an option

You need to go thru your browser at Facebook. In the select photo window from Facebook look in the sidebar for Media. Click on Photos and then on the Photos library on the right. You will then be able to peruse your library and select photos for uploading.
