Why is my macbook pro touch bar serial number is not valid?
The serial number on about this mac, on the box, and at the bottom of my mac is the same.
I try to chat with apple support but it cannot get through because when I input the serial number the system says my serial number is not valid.
Appreciate for the help.

I have run into this before. From the >About this Mac you can copy and paste the Serial Number form that information pane—this would eliminate any miss interpretation of the numbers/letters
If you take it they can help sort it out.
