iPhone suddenly went out of service

my son is using an iphone7 since August 2018, and in February 2019, the phone suddenly went out of service.

According to the information we received from Apple Support, iphone7 in this series has a chronic problem and can get service in china.

I couldn’t get service from my country,i couldn’t get service from the country i bought, and i couldn’t get service from the country from China as well althogh i sent it to China.

I see that; Apple brand is saying me although you use only 8 months and pay such money, you can do nothing if you don’t buy from your own country This is not acceptable; Either they will not sell fault products or they must change them.

Apple does not stand behind its own brand.

ı am so dissapointed for this as a an Apple brand user of since 10 years.

You will need to either travel to the United States or send it to a family or friend in the US and have them take it in for service. The iPhone 7 sold in China is different than the model sold in the US. When you were told they would service it they probably assumed you had an iPhone purchased in China. Once they determined in was a US model they knew they had no way to service it. The iPhone has NEVER had an international warranty. You purchased a grey market US phone from a non-authorized reseller in Iraq. They should have informed you it was a US model.
