I just bought a new iPad Air (3rd generation) and it came with 10 watt charger. Got a little bit disappointed as my old iPad came with a 12w charger. Does anyone know how longer it takes to fully charge an iPad using 10w charger compared to 12w ?

Did a little test of 10W and 12W chargers using same lightning cable and same iPad Air (3rd gen):
10W: charges iPad from 35% to 82% in 2hrs
12W: charges iPad from 35% to 89% in 2hrs
so I think we are talking about 15~20 min difference in Full charge time ?
I have many Apple devices. I bought the Anker powerport charge, the Apple usb c to lightning and usbc to usb c cable. The device and the charger negotiate for the best charging rate. It is nice. You could also get the heavier charger meant for the Mac air and do the same.
I would just go to an Apple Store and get a new 12W Apple power block and use the 10W one as a backup.
Charging is a lot faster with the 12W adapter.
