Everytime i try to download a app or update a old app it sends me in the same cycle over and over signing into my apple id and not being able to be verified then having to change my password only for it not to work

You'll want to make sure you're signed in to your Apple ID in iTunes & App Store using these steps:
Sign in to the App Store and iTunes Store on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, PC, or Apple TV
Once you're signed in, try updating apps one-by-one.

it keeps asking me to sign in from a diffrent account name thats somewhere linked into my email and every time i need to updat a app or download a app it makes me verify my self and change my password every time then locks me out
