iPhone Notes App

My default Notes app does not have an email option. When opening the box with the arrow, mail or gmail are not showing. How do I add that function to the notes app?

Apple Notes App doesn’t display copied text when I copy the body of an email from my gmail and paste it into my Apple Notes app on my iPhone running on iOS 14.4, I’m unable to read the notes. I tried setting the “Note background” setting of Notes App on iPhone. When I set it to light, I can no longer see the text I pasted into notes app, when I set it to dark, it is so dark that I can barely read from it. something in iOS update 14.4 is causing it. It didn’t happen this way before. Did anyone else run into this?

Gmail Notes disappeared after iOS update! I recently updated my iPhone to iOS 16, and when I went to Notes, I noticed that all but one of my Gmail Notes are no longer showing up on my phone, despite the fact that I've always had Notes synced to this Google account. I checked my email (because Notes usually show up as a label there, too) but the same thing - all but one are gone! Is anyone else having this issue? I've tried reaching out to both Apple and Google (how the hell do you talk to a REAL person!?!) and have heard conflicting information whether this is an Apple issue or a Google issue. Has anyone else experienced this? And, if so, do you know how to get Gmail Notes back. I had some really important Notes that I'd hate to lose!

Gmail Notes on iPhone Missing I created a note today on my iPhone, which is synced with my Gmail account. For some reason the note keeps deleting on my iPhone, but it shows on my Notes desktop app. Very strange. Any thoughts on this?

When you tap on the box with the arrow, tap on the 3 dots titled More. You should see the option there, as long as you have an email account set up on the phone.
