I’m trying to use the new instant transfer to debit card feature that came with the new update but it’s telling me to add a card when I already have one registered and I can’t transfer money to the card. I get as far as re-entering my debit card info again only for it to tell me that the card is already added and can’t move on to the actual transfer. Is this a glitch?
Apple Support had me remove the card from the Wallet and add it right back in again. Then try the Instant Transfer again and the card was there.

I had the same problem! I had to make sure apple pay was using the billing address (not shipping) that is on my debit card. Once I updated that, I had to remove my card from my wallet. Now it works!
It has to be a Visa debit card not another type. Transfer money from Apple Pay Cash to your debit card or bank account - Apple Support

I have the same problem. Card already in wallet, but instant transfer option shows “Add a Debit card”. When I add it through there, same thing as you it says already in wallet.
I also tried removing the card from wallet and adding through instant transfer, but when I finished the process it just booted me back to the wallet menu. It literally doesn’t want me to use instant transfer.
I have the same problem. I do have a Visa already in my wallet, but its asking me to add a card. When I add my Visa again, it says card is already on file. It works for the 1-3 day transfer, but not instant. Is there a fix for this? i'm on 12.2 OS iPhone X. Anyone figure out the problem?
Literally having the exact same problem.. EXTREMELY ANNOYING. It’s Friday and I needed to transfer the money to my debit today because if I do the 1-3 business days it will not be here until at least Monday..

It is a Visa debit card. So idk how that makes sense.
