itunes backup on Windows 10 issue

My Computer wont backup my phone because the file is corrupt. Easy fix, delete the backup file in preferences. However, when I go to do this, there is no file listed to delete. Please advise.

Itunes backup I have backed up my Iphone 11 using Itunes. Itunes acts like normal. No errors. When I look for backup in windows folder User/Name/AppData/Roaming/Apple Computer/MobileSync/Backup, there is nothing there. Windows is set to show hidden items. When I check my C drive, free space, it does not change between before and after backup indicating back up did not take place., and yet as said before, no errors during backup. Has Anyone seen this before. Iphone asks to trust PC and I say yes. Using latest windows Itunes 12.11.0.26.

Issues on backing up an old phone with itunes although file still exists in laptop I have and I can see my backup file in the C drive but it's not shown in the itunes backup lists, and I can't backup my phone now(hopefully the file is still there and have all my data in it). How can I solve the issues, need help thanks.
