New iTunes account on PC with an Apple ID and password. Can't log in.

New iTunes account on PC with an Apple ID and password. Can't log in. Repeatedly get message to "Please review your account information". There is no ACCOUNT INFORMATION button under ACCOUNT tab. Help!

Have already reviewed my acct info via https://appleid.apple.com, thanks. All entries are complete and correct.


I have been working with Apple Support for 45 minutes via phone. The tech is making a second consultation with a co-worker. This time it's a mgmt. type...


I appreciate your replies. Will let you know what they figure out. Interested to see if the community resolves this before Apple lol.
