macbook pro for after effects

Hello, i'm looking to buy a macbook to edit vfx on after effects

my main choices are: macbook pro 13 2017 16gb 265gb (dual core)
                     macbook pro 13 2018 8gb 265gb (quad core)
                     macbook air 13 2018 16gb 512gb (dual core) 

the footage is 4K/5K so im gonna make proxy's, but if you know that im gonna use proxy's is it best to have a higher core count (adobe works on cores) or to have more memory.

And if more memory is better than more cores when using proxy's, is it worth buying the air (more storage but less cpu power)
