Can you get the online personal sessions with a Mac bought from an official apple distributor that isn't an apple store (eg. Officeworks)?

Since we are all volunteer users here, you best check with Apple; however, I believe that these sessions might only be available if you buy directly from Apple.

One reason for me to buy from Apple: unless I am personally familiar with an online company, I have no idea if they are trustworthy or not. Do they offer a 14 days no questions asked return policy? I usually buy mine in the refurbished section of the online Apple store - they come with an Apple warranty as well.

FWIW, I just checked their website - there is no mention that they are an authorized reseller that I could find.

You may also take note the official Apple stores have session courses for products

and software at various times throughout the month; these are often free, too.

Those should be listed in the official Apple site; I've found them while not looking.

And those are in-person within an actual Apple store ~ nearest your location.

Here is where you can search for authorized resellers in Australia. The company you mentioned is most likely not, because if they were, they would say so on their website.
