mailer daemon

I use Exchange mail on my iPad and for almost 6 months have been unable to send email due to Mailer-Daemon. However, email sent to me is received. I have checked numerous times with various techies at my ISP. They say that because I can send email from their online webmail, it isn’t an ISP problem.

Please help!

Another possibility is that your IP address is blacklisted.

Isn't that what I said (twice)? Restarting modem may resolve it if you get a different IP address. We normally get a different IP address on modem restarts but cable modem can sometimes stick to the same IP regardless of the fact that it is dynamic IP. Also, if the entire subnet (or network) is listed as having a poor reputation, which is not unusual, modem restarts and getting different IP address(es) will not resolve the problem. It's still worth a try. Good tip.
