Force quit, restart, shift open do not work.
This isn't about the greyed out homepage thing.

Also try setting up another admin user account to see if the same problem continues.

Still the same. Also, when I click anywhere in Safari it makes the warning/error beep every time :/
So I should delete /Library/Containers/com.apple.Safari/Data/Library/Preferences/com.apple.Safari.plist, or the /Library/Caches/com.apple.Safari folder?
