Tried deleting a review I left on an app and it wont delete?

Hi - I left a review on an app recently that I decided I wanted to delete. I followed all of the instructions I found online (going into my profile, selecting Ratings and Reviews, and then deleted the review). I got a confirmation that said it may take 24 hours for my review to disappear. It's been almost 2 days and the review is still there.

However, I just went back into my profile and checked and it's not showing the review under Rating and Reviews in my profile.

Am I missing something? Has this happened to anyone else? And, is there a way to force delete the review?
