Tiff to DNG.

Hello, I seem to have an issue with files from a iPhone 8 Plus. I exported a bunch of files from the photos app as .tiff files. I then went into camera raw and saved them as .DNG files. Now in the finder, I cannot see the thumbnails of these images...my cameras raw files I can see preview thumbnails.

the message I get is as follows:

the file "Kauai 004.DNG" could not be opened. Preview currently does not support this raw file format. the only difference is that the letters "dng" are in all caps...the raw files from the camera are not all caps

Sounds like Camera Raw is creating incompatible DNG files. Check with Adobe support.

as an update, I have re-saved images with the lower caps .dng...still save thing happening
