Turnoff Bluetooth at startup

for my MacBook Pro laptop, Bluetooth turns on at startup and disables my laptop keyboard and track pad, rendering my laptop inoperable. How can I turn Bluetooth off without use of keyboard and trackpad?

you could always boot in recovery mode but the people at this link

say they had the same problem and fixed it by rebooting and pressing the caps lock key when the loading bar appeared

you could try connecting an actual working bluetooth keyboard and then change the system settings under , system preferences, keyboard, input sources
