Contacting Apple Support

Apparently the only way to converse with AS is by telephone. No chat option. No email option. Due to my hearing loss issues I don't generally talk on the phone unless it's someone's voice I am very familiar with.

The problem is we have managed to have two iCloud accounts. One for 50 gb and one for 200 gb. We have setup the 200 gb plan for Family Share and would like to cancel the 50 gb plan.

Any suggestions?

TIA

The following may help. See the excerpt below from Share an iCloud storage plan with your family - Apple Support

When you share your iCloud storage, any family members using the free 5GB plan are added to your family plan automatically.

If a family member is already paying for their own iCloud storage plan, they can choose to switch to your plan or keep their own and still remain part of the family. When they switch to the shared family plan, they get a refund for the remainder of their personal plan. They can't keep their current plan and use the shared family plan at the same time.
