Cannot install Itunes error the feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. Enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package itunes.msi

Try Missing MSI errors. You likely need to unpack the MSI files from the last version of iTunes you installed so you can uninstall that version of iTunes before installing the new one. Review the rest of the user tip for further advice, in particular the section Removing and reinstalling iTunes and other software components.
