Hi,
in general my MacBook Pro works very well.
But sometimes when my mac sleeps or when I leave the mac awaken on the table the ventilator turns on. The Ventilator gets very loud - I guess cause of a high CPU usage. But the Activity Monitor doesn´t show a high CPU usage.
What might be the problem?

Try resetting the SMC https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201295
You do not say what year Macbook Pro 13" Non the less—
From System Preferences>Energy Saver Make changes here
Use the Energy Saver settings on your Mac - Apple Support
*check both: Power Adapter settings and the Battery setting above
