Theres a file on my compter caled max.tif i made awhile ago, and now i want to delete it. But it wont let me. I tried the terminal but it cant find the file, i tried the trash can but it says “ The item “max.tif” cant be moved to the trash because it can’t be deleted”. Please pelp me

Three Thoughts:
A. Relaunch Finder:
or...
B. Restart your Mac
or...
C. Resynchronize your Devices:
Replug the device into the Mac — the device you may have removed this file from. Once it is plugged back in, you should be able to re-access it, and manage it.

Find Any File...

Hold Option or alt key when selecting Find to Find All.
Search for Name>contains> max.tiff
File on mac wont delete
