How to center a document when printing?

Welcome to Apple Support Communities! I understand that your document isn’t printing in the center of the page when using the Numbers app even after checking the margin settings before printing. I’d love to share some information that should help. 

First, if you’re using a spreadsheet, you might need to align the text or objects within the spreadsheet cells depending on how you have it set up. These steps provide more information:

Next, I recommend ruling out an issue with the document by printing other Numbers documents that includes text, images, or both. Also, test printing from other apps. If this is happening in multiple apps, try deleting the printer, then adding it back: macOS Sierra: Add or remove a printer. If the issue continues after adding the printer back, you may want to contact the printer’s manufacturer for assistance with printing alignment.

Are you trying to centre an object (such as a table) on a page?

Your photo (or did you mean screen shot?) did not appear.

In Numbers, pages do not exist until you start the print process with command P. Until then, you have a blank "canvas" where you can place objects. However, it is possible to mark where the margins of a page (containing the printable area) will appear.

Please reply and tell us the page size (for example, A4 or US Letter) and the Page Margins that you have set.

A screen shot will also be helpful.
