Auto lock ‘never’ on iOS 12.2

Hello, just wondering why I don’t have the option to turn off auto lock on my iPad. I only have the option to set it up to 15mins.

It is likely that the work email has a profile associated with it that limits your choices for autolock. You'd need to remove the work email or talk to your work's IT department for more help.
