How to show company name first in Contacts

Add the individual’s name as a ‘related name’ rather than in the main name spaces at the beginning of the contact card.

If you sync with the Contacts app on a Mac there is a checkbox there to list company name in the sort. Unfortunately that checkbox is not accessible on the phone, but it is honored on the phone.
