BSOD at begining of install

Hello,

I am trying to install Windows 10 to iMac Retina 5K 27'' Late 2014. I have tried multiple ISOs, all downloaded from Microsoft's site. I have also used two USB sticks.

During all attempts, I got BSOD SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION win32kfull.sys at the very beginning of install. After first reboot, windows logo appeared, then radial progressbar. After the progressbar disappeared, BSOD.

A few years ago, I was using Windows 10 over Boot Camp just fine.

What can I do now to debug this issue?

Thanks in advance,

Stanislav

1709 BSOD. I am downloading 1607.

But I am starting to think its iMac-related. Its a little older machine (bought 2015), all the ISOs I tried crashed at the same time.

Also, after reboot, macOS is significantly slower until I remove Windows partition with Boot Camp Assistant.

Otherwise I don't see any issues that might be caused by defective machine.

Sorry, I don't understand what you're pointing at with that discussion. I don't have bootable Win installation, so I can't run any Win-based diagnosis tool. Also crash dumps from BSODs are not saved. At least I don't know where - USB's file system does not get touched, and boot camp partition is empty.

Yes, I am installing from USB. Please don't tell me I have to install from DVD. I don't have a DVD drive, nor DVD discs.
