Missing transit cards from Apple wallet

I used to have a Beijing transit card and a Japanese suica card in my wallet app. Last year my iPhone died and apple gave me a replacement phone. I did an iCloud recovery, everything else came back (including other credit cards in the wallet app) but my Chinese transit card and Japanese suica cards are gone and nowhere to be found after the recovery.

How could i get them back?

Hello and welcome to Apple Support Communities subwayguy,

I understand that you restored a backup to a new phone, but your Beijing transit card did not transfer with the rest of your cards. I'm happy to provide some help for this.

Check out the footnote at the bottom of the following article:

Add a Beijing or Shanghai transit card to Apple Pay

"If you sign out of iCloud or turn off Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode on your iPhone or Apple Watch, all credit, debit, and transit cards are removed from that device. When you remove a transit card from any device, the remaining balance will be stored and available to be transferred to the same or another iPhone or Apple Watch that is connected to a network and signed into iCloud with the same Apple ID."

This means that in order to transfer this, you would have needed to sign out of iCloud on the original iPhone prior to setting it up on the new iPhone. If you have any further questions or issues with this transit card, I recommend reaching out the issuers of the card.
