Transferring between barely used 2018 MBP to 2018 Mac mini with apple thunderbolt 3 to 3 cable and supported thunderbolt 3 on both sides. Began the migration process from not computers on (not target disk mode) and getting 19-24 MB/s. I thought this was supposed to be fast?

And what are you doing migrating a few select files are moving to a new machine totally?
