I do not want to upgrade to macOS Mojave, but how do I stop the persistent notification on my mac to Install?

I receive a notification/message semi-weekly to Install or get Details about "Upgrade to macOS Mojave"? How do I prevent that persistent notification from occurring again?

(for the curious at heart, I have software that is not compatible with Mojave)

Mac mini 2018 or later

using Mojave go to SW updates pane and select advances then uncheck those boxes. Using Sierra or high Sierra launch App Store and select those boxes.
