Album art doesn't display in iTunes store (on Windows)

I'm running into an issue with iTunes, specifically with the store. For some reason when I access the store or anywhere such as Genres, I am unable to see the album covers of any artist. What I see instead is just a grey box with the artist and album name below it. I've seen this previously in the past but only momentarily as the artwork would usually load a second or two later. I've checked my library and I am able to see the album cover or artwork just fine. I believe this started happening since the most recent update. Restarted iTunes, my PC, and re-installing iTunes has yet to fix this issue. Has anyone observed this issue before?
