I’m trying to print boarding passes because of pop up ads and ad blockers , what do I do

If the airline you purchased tickets from has an App, you'd go to the App Store.
Most major airlines have an app. Southwest, Delta, American, just to name a few, have apps.
Then look in the App Store to see if the cruise line has an app. They do as well.

It might be easier to print if you use the airlines app. I'm thinking you may be using Safari instead?
So where or how do I get the airlines app
