I lost 1 airpod out of the case. I actually have the case with 1 airpod, but FINDMYIPHONE doesn't show my airpods in any way. It seems my airpods have never been linked to my icloud or iphone, but I own airpods since 2018. What should I do? The other replies and topics didn't help me...

If your AirPods are lost - Apple Support
If the early material in this article does not help, then surely the "Replace a missing AirPod or case" section offers the help you need.
