Macbook air boot up and not able to login

My mid 2013 macbook air boot up without any issue. I then able to enter my password and it just stuck at this screen below. I can book into recovery mode using the Command + R. I have already reinstalled OSx without any issue. Drives have no issue.

When you used Recovery Mode to re-install macOS, did you also restore your original user account from a backup? If so, it may be that there is something amiss with that account that is causing your notebook not to display the Desktop after entering your password.

Have you tried starting up in Safe Mode to see if it can make it to the Desktop screen?
