No Activity After WatchOS 5.2.1 Update on Series 4

After updating to 5.2.1 on my Series 4 watch, my activity is not updating with my progress throughout the day. In fact my rings have not moved at all.

I would start by resetting your watch by holding both the digital crown and the side button together until the apple logo appears on screen then let go and let the watch restart,if that doesn't work try unpairing and re pairing your watch.
