Issues with Latest WatchOS Update

I recently updated to the latest WatchOS software update and am experiencing issues with my rings. I never had issues before, but now I have to restart my watch every day in order to view my rings otherwise they won't load or track.

When I grab my watch in the mornings, the Activity rings show as empty which I would expect. But as I go through my day, they stay empty. When I click to view the rings I either see a black page with the time on the top right hand corner or view my rings from the previous day. Help?

First force restart your iPhone buy what ever method your version calls for. As soon as you see the Apple logo force restart your watch by holding in the crown and side button for 10 seconds till you see the Apple logo then release. Log into your iPhone and wait for your watch to boot, then log into it.

If this doesn't work I would recommend unpairing your watch then pairing it back, setting it up as new.
