Can't edit bookmarks after switching to Safari from Chrome.

I recently tried going back to Safari from Chrome on my Macbook Pro, but since I have I haven't been able to edit bookmarks. Nothing I've tried works, wondering if there's a new solution out there. Whenever I click on any option with the warning, nothing changes.
